Designed by Neri and Hu for Poltrona Frau, the Mi sideboard is a vault whose structure consists of curved poplar plywood panels and a birch plywood bottom and back, all mounted on a metal frame with a polished steel finish. The doors are made of honeycomb panels with a birch plywood frame filled with honeycomb and lined with MDF panels. The inside and bottom of the cabinets are veneered in Canaletto walnut. The solid canaletto walnut frame accentuates the entire top edge. The top of the cabinet is made of tempered glass and the raised top is made of marble.
