The Poltrona Frau Ren bookcase, designed by Neri & Hu, has a support structure in solid canaletto walnut, composed of two simple sections that symbolize the human figure. Ren is available in two versions: wall-mounted and free-standing, both with supporting structure in solid canaletto walnut. In the freestanding version, the side posts, vertical rather than slanted as in the wall-mounted version, support four birch plywood shelves. The shelves are upholstered in the colors of the Pelle Frau ColorSphere collection or in Saddle Extra leather. The bookcase is complemented by a graphic minimalist bookend made of brushed steel in natural brass color.
